At Trua Clinic, your skin health is our priority; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most professional-grade skincare products. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 50% full to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

  Ship to Clinic

  Send your return via a tracked courier service to our fulfillment center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our clinical team verifies the product condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
